EULA - End User License Agreement

The following terms are used during the End-User License Agreement:

SOFTWARE = Piggy
AUTHOR = Really Friendly Software
USER = anyone who downloads, and/or runs (i.e. USES) the SOFTWARE

This is an agreement between the USER and the AUTHOR.
The SOFTWARE is protected by international copyright laws and is the intellectual property of the AUTHOR.

All intellectual rights are reserved by the AUTHOR. The software is NOT the property of the USER, but only licensed for use according to the terms of this EULA.

The SOFTWARE is freeware, which means that it can and should be distributed, copied, uploaded, downloaded and shared freely by anyone, but only in its entirety, the original distribution. Any attempts to reverse-engineer, modify or alter the executable binaries of the SOFTWARE in any way are strictly prohibited. Using parts of the SOFTWARE in any other software product is strictly prohibited.
Distributing the whole SOFTWARE as part of another software product is bound to written permission of the AUTHOR, except for free software collections. Such bundling must always be done with proper credit given. Selling, hiring, lending, or making money in any way from any storage media (CD, DVD, floppy disk, hard disk, memory card, other) which admittedly contains the SOFTWARE is bound to prior written permission of the AUTHOR.

The SOFTWARE is provided by the AUTHOR in good faith but the AUTHOR does not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to all or any part of the SOFTWARE, and all warranties and representations are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE.
